本产品适用于交流额定电压450/750V 以下家用电器、电动工具和各种移动式电器设备。
额定电压300/500V为YZ型，450/750V为YC型。
线芯的长期允许工作温度应不超过60℃。
“W"型电缆具有耐气候和一定的耐油性能，适宜于在户外或接触油污场合适用。

General Purpose Rubber Covered Cable

主要性能指标
1、电缆的导体电阻应符合GB5013.2-85 之规定。
2、电缆应该受规定的交流50Hz浸水电压试验。
3、标称截面4mm2 及以下的多芯电缆应能经受2000V试验5分钟。
4、电缆护套表面上应有制造厂和型号的连续标志，标志字迹清楚耐擦。
5、电缆成圈者为100m，由于计米器的原因，误差不超过0.5％，成盘者应不大于100m，且每个装件中不超过5段。
Main Technology Function Performance
1.The conductor resistance of the cable should be suitable for GB5013.2-85.
2.The cable should experience the soaking alternating voltage text of 50Hz,two-cored and above two-cable’s insulat-ing wires should experience the soaking alternating voltage test of 50Hz.
3.The multi-cored cable of ≤4mm2 rated section should enable to endure winding
test,neither broken-circuit nor short-circuit should be occurred in the testing sample,while it enable to endure 5-minutes long 2000V testing.
4.Continuous marks of the manufacture and style should be shown on the suface of the cable cover.The marks should be clear and have abrasion-resistance.
5.Circle-shaped cable ought be 100m,with the error below 0.5% because of the metric instrument;Disk-shaped cable should be above 100m,short cable ought be below 10m,and the delivery amount of short cable ought be below 10%of the total delivery amount,while the delivery amount of short cable in every packing unit ought be below 5 sections. |
